- Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence so we can arrange an immediate replacement or resolution.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-stitched outfits, altered garments, worn items, or products missing original tags cannot be accepted for return due to hygiene and luxury standards.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be processed via your original payment method (or as store credit), minus original shipping costs, once our team inspects and verifies the condition of the returned garment.
